Where is Sunshine & Lemonade located?
We are a small in-home business in Northern Utah.
When will my items be shipped?
We make every effort to ship out your orders quickly. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. Personalized or custom orders take 3-4 business days to be processed for shipping. During holidays and peak ordering seasons, processing time may be 5-7 business days as a larger volume of orders is fulfilled. We will notify you if there are any delays.
Shipping time is not included in the order processing time and depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout. Shipping in the USA varies with shipping method, but is estimated to be 5-7 business days. International shipping times are estimated to be 7-17 business days.
Where are my items shipping from?
All items are shipped from fulfillment centers in the United States. International shipments will be shipped from the closest fulfillment center to you.
How will my items be shipped?
Items are shipped out by UPS or USPS. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so keep that in mind when entering your shipping information.
Will I receive tracking information when my order ships?
Absolutely! As soon as your shipping label is created, you will get an email with your tracking number.
How do I make changes to an order I placed?
Please reach out via email at hello@sunshineandlemonade.store immediately with your order number and any corrections that need to be made. If it has been over 12 hours since your order was placed, please understand that your order may be in production and it may be too late to make changes to your order. Be sure to double and triple-check your items, quantities and shipping info before hitting submit.
How is the shipping cost calculated for my order?
Standard shipping has a flat rate of $4.99. Free shipping is available with a minimum purchase. Shipping upgrades are also available for an extra cost.
Why isn't my order going through?
First, make sure that all of the items that are in your cart are still available on the site. If an item that is in your cart has already sold out or has been removed from the store, the order will not process. You can hit remove to delete those unavailable items from your cart.
If you are receiving an AVS error when trying to check out, that means that the billing information, or CVV number on the back of your card, that you entered during check out does not match the billing address your bank has on file for that card.
Be sure to use an up-to-date browser when looking at the website, such as Google Chrome.
Can I return my order?
If you don't love your purchase please contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund. Please contact us at hello@sunshineandlemonade.store with your order number and the item you’d like to return. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details. Personalized items are not eligible for return.
What do I do if the item I received is damaged or defective?
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within three days of package receipt at hello@sunshineandlemonade.store so we can resolve the problem quickly. We ask that you send your order number, and a picture of the issue. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. If damage cannot be proven, you are ineligible for a refund or replacement.
